2nd International Conference on Innovations in Computational Intelligence and Computer Vision (ICICV-2021)

Event Description

Department of Computer and Communication Engineering, School of Computing and Information Technology, Manipal University Jaipur, India has organized 2nd International Conference on Innovations in Computational Intelligence and Computer Vision (ICICV-2021) during Aug 05-06, 2021 in online mode. The conference was focused on addressing the research challenges and innovations in the field of “Computational Intelligence” and “Computer Vision”.  Shri Sandesh Nayak, (IAS, Commissioner College Education, Government of Rajasthan, India) was the chief guest and Prof. Ibrahim A. Hameed (Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Alesund, Norway) was the Guest of honor of the inaugural ceremony. The conference has received a total of 370 research papers from different countries, including Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Canada, Egypt, Indonesia, Iraq, Lebanon, Philippines, Poland, Tanzania, and India. Out of 370 submissions, only 55 qualitative submissions (acceptance rate 15% only) related to the conference’s theme are selected for oral presentations. Out of 55 accepted submissions, 53 were presented at the conference. The post-conference proceedings of ICICV-2021 will be published in “Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing” book series (https://link.springer.com/bookseries/11156) of Springer Nature, Singapore. Authors of all accepted and presented papers are also invited to submit the extended versions of their paper to Special Issue on “Sustainable development in Computational Intelligence and Computer Vision” (https://www.igi-global.com/calls-for-papers-special/international-journal-social-ecology-sustainable/1174) of SCOPUS indexed International Journal of Social Ecology and Sustainable Development (IJSESD) by IGI Gobal.
